The Story
A large ornate two bar pub with cellar bar, serving Burton Ale and Taylor Walker Mainline. Closed June 1983 and demolished by mid-year — one of the casualties of the City's 1980s redevelopment boom. The site was swallowed by new office development on London Wall.
