Not the Wheatsheaf rebuilt, whatever the launch copy said — the Wheatsheaf died on Stoney Street in 2009. This was the Hop Exchange cellar, later a Red Car bar, and is now long closed itself. Katzenjammer's was another tenant in the same pile, and Dishoom is planning a restaurant in the west wing. None of them are this tap.
