The Story
A Charrington pub on Queen's Road, West Croydon, near the cemetery. CAMRA's Real Beer in London listed it for Charrington IPA from 1975 to 1981: ‘a large local’ in 1976, and a ‘friendly and comfortable one bar pub’ by 1981. It closed around 2010, and by 2013 the building had been converted to flats.
