At 29 Knightrider Street, the Horn Tavern was an Eldridge Pope house serving Thomas Hardy Country Bitter and Fussiler — rare Dorset beers in the City. Knightrider Street, once a medieval jousting route, has been entirely rebuilt since the 1991 guide.
