The Story
A Fuller's pub on Windmill Road, Croydon, and one of the 110 pubs in Fuller's 1977 Silver Jubilee ‘Quest for Silver’ passport. In 1981 CAMRA's Real Beer in London listed it for London Pride and ESB and called it ‘usually quiet’. Fuller's sold it in 2011. The premises have since traded as bars and restaurants — the Hut, then Che, and now a Lebanese restaurant — but not as a pub.
