The Story
Bill Bentley's Minories branch, listed in the 1999 Evening Standard London Pub & Bar Guide. Part of the six-site Bill Bentley's City chain built out of Bill Bentley's original 1972 Beauchamp Place wine bar. The chain was acquired by Finch's, then by Young's; five bars remained in the City in 1999, all now gone.
