The Story
Balls Brothers' West End branch on St James's Street (entrance on Ryder Street), listed in the 1999 Evening Standard London Pub & Bar Guide — the outlier from the City-focused Balls Brothers estate. Sullivan noted 'Balls Brothers haven't ventured very far outside the City'; this was the exception. The original company went into administration in 2010; the name survives in a slimmer modern form.
